Our Statement on DACA

On Friday, July 16th a federal judge in Texas made a ruling that partially ended the DACA program. This means that new applications are not being accepted, but renewals can continue. If you are a DACA recipient your status does not change, but you need to make sure you keep it current. You can find out more by visiting the United We Dream website for information. We at the IRC are calling for legislation that will bring permanent relief to Dreamers. As we have more information on how you can advocate for change, we will make that available on this website.
