Jon Wheeler is the Global Head of Talent Management at Fastly, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Jon is also a Principal with The Atrius Group, a consulting company focused on partnering with individuals and leadership teams to identify strategic goals for their careers and business and to set into action plans for change – without fear. This value to support people with different lived experiences to pursue their dreams and to provide for themselves and their families, undergirds his passion for the Immigration Resource Center of San Gabriel Valley.

Specializing in learning & development, talent management and HR business partnering, Jon has worked as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership teams. He has also served in leadership positions while at AbbVie and Franklin Templeton Investments.

Jon earned his Bachelor's of Science in Human Services. He holds certifications in the Cultural Orientations Navigator and Model, instructional design, coaching mastery, Crucial Conversations and Graphic facilitation. Jon has a driving passion focused on exceptional talent development that ensures everyone, everywhere has a chance to do their very best work everyday.
